Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply, based in Katy, TX, is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across our operations. You will develop and deliver training for drivers, warehouse and office staff, while managing workers’ compensation and OSHA reporting.

This role requires collaboration with HR and regional leadership to sustain a robust safety program. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in safety/compliance, OSHA certification preferred, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent safety/compliance experience.
• At least 5 years progressive safety and compliance experience.
• OSHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety leadership and implement safety initiatives.
• Develop and deliver safety training for drivers, warehouse, and office associates.
• Manage workers' compensation claims and coordinate with HR.
• Oversee OSHA reporting and regular safety inspections.
• Collaborate with HR and Sonepar to implement safety programs.
