Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply, part of the Sonepar USA family, is hiring a Regional Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across locations. You will develop training, manage workers’ comp, and ensure OSHA compliance while partnering with HR and site leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent safety/compliance experience.
• At least 5 years progressive safety and compliance experience.
• Certification in OSHA or equivalent program preferred.
• Experience in injury and accident reporting.
• Experience in HAZCOM training, tracking, and reporting.
• Experience in creating and implementing Workplace Safety Programs.
• Experience in electrical distribution warehousing and logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and improve Crawford’s safety program through strong management relationships and compliance.
• Develop and deliver safety training for drivers, warehouse, and office staff.
• Create annual safety reports for the Exec Team with location-specific performance.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to recommend workplace safety improvements.
• Coordinate safety committees and regular safety inspections across locations.
• Manage workers' compensation claims with timely reporting and HR collaboration.
• Ensure OSHA reporting and keep training records up to date.
• Support security plans and evacuation procedures with facility managers.
• Travel as required and maintain knowledge of regulatory changes.
