Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply, a Sonepar USA subsidiary, seeks a Regional Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across the organization in Katy, TX. You will drive compliance with OSHA standards, develop training programs, and manage incident investigations to reduce injuries.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in safety/compliance, 5+ years in safety roles, and OSHA certification. Travel up to 50% may be required, with strong collaboration across HR and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent safety/compliance experience required.
• OSHA certification or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years progressive safety/compliance experience.
• Experience in injury and accident reporting.
• Experience in HAZCOM training and reporting.
• Experience creating and implementing Workplace Safety Programs.
• Experience in electrical distribution warehousing and logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety leadership and implement safety initiatives to improve safety performance.
• Define, write and continuously improve Crawford's safety program with management & associates.
• Develop and deliver safety training for drivers, warehouse and office staff.
• Guide managers to support safe work environment and practices.
• Create education to reduce injuries and report on safety performance to Exec Team.
• Coordinate accidents investigations and workers' comp interactions with HR.
• Oversee safety inspections and ensure compliance records are maintained.
