Crawford Electric Supply in Austin, Texas is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead and optimize area-wide operations. You will oversee property management, asset tracking, and cross-branch collaboration between sales and operations to strengthen service levels.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, KPI monitoring, and continuous process improvement within a growing distributor of electrical products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum five years of clerical or administrative experience in the electrical distribution industry.
• Proficiency with Solar/Eclipse ERP software, Power BI and MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives assigned by the RVP and coordinate area-wide operations.
• Oversee property and building management and asset tracking.
• Coach Branch Managers and Warehouse Leaders; drive training and development.
• Coordinate and lead area-wide operational training sessions and KPI reviews.
• Ensure effective order flow, backlog management, and financial accuracy across branches.
• Analyze performance using data, budgets, and forecasts to drive accountability.
