Job summary

CEC FACILITIES LLC is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead EHS programs across electrical construction projects from Irving, TX. This field-based role partners with Operations and project teams to foster a proactive safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will travel to project sites nationwide, conduct risk assessments, lead incident investigations, and manage subcontractor safety performance while staying current with OSHA and NFPA 70E standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of construction safety experience.
• Experience with electrical, data center, and HV projects.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• OSHA 500/510, CHST, ASP, CSP, or First Aid/CPR/AED instructor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety leadership for multiple electrical construction projects, including data centers and HV work.
• Conduct jobsite inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Coach leaders on hazard recognition and safe work practices.
• Lead investigations of incidents and near misses; develop corrective actions.
• Review safety metrics and develop action plans; support JHAs and LOTO procedures.
