Job summary

World Electric Supply seeks a Safety Manager to own and execute safety programs across distribution and branch operations. You will partner with leaders to strengthen safety culture, identify hazards, analyze trends, and drive regulatory readiness.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in safety or related field and 8+ years of safety experience, preferably multi-site. You will lead training, inspections, and incident management to reduce risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety fields preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 8+ years of safety and/or training experience, preferably in heavy equipment, material handling, warehouse, or multi-site environment.
• Experience supporting multiple locations with operational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute safety programs across distribution and branch operations.
• Partner with leadership to strengthen safety culture and influence priorities.
• Oversee regulatory readiness, required records, incident management, and safety training.
• Support current and future facilities.
