Job summary

Capital Electric is hiring a Regional Safety Manager to lead company-wide safety efforts, drive the enterprise safety strategy and ensure regulatory compliance. You will partner with senior leaders, manage safety programs across multiple sites, and coach managers to embed a Zero Harm culture.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while reducing risk and protecting assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in electrical, industrial, or distribution environments preferred.
• OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
• Strong planning, organizational and execution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve the enterprise safety strategy.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, DOT and applicable regulations.
• Provide guidance, training and coaching to managers and supervisors on safety.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis; track corrective actions.
• Establish safety metrics and regular safety reporting to leadership.
• Protect assets and coordinate loss prevention with Operations and Risk teams.
