S&S Activewear seeks a Senior Safety Manager to provide regional leadership for health and safety programs across 5 to 10 distribution centers. You will drive the consistent implementation of safety strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of safety excellence by proactively identifying and reducing SIF risks.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Safety, you will mentor site personnel, analyze performance data, conduct audits, and lead complex incident investigations while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience across multiple locations.
• CSP certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional safety strategy to reduce SIF/pSIF risks across distribution centers.
• Administer programs, identify risk exposures, evaluate controls, and drive corrective actions.
• Partner with regional directors to embed safety into operations and leadership accountability.
• Lead incident investigations and learning reviews to prevent recurrence.
• Analyze safety data, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Conduct site visits and field engagements, travel 25%–50%.
• Foster a culture of learning, engagement, and accountability.
• Support workers' comp, return-to-work, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
• Coach and develop safety professionals and site leaders.
