Job summary

SP+ is seeking a Field Safety Manager to lead regional safety programs and partner with Corporate Safety to reduce incidents. You will perform on-site visits, analyze root causes, and implement solutions to minimize losses.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety policies and regulations, tracking safety metrics, delivering training, and promoting a safety-first culture across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Occupational Safety or related field.
• 4+ years of safety & health compliance experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional safety programs with Corporate Safety and implement them regionally.
• Reduce claims by on-site visits and root-cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations.
• Analyze risk data to identify trends and develop programs.
• Track regional claims and report metrics.
• Deliver safety training per SP+ requirements.
