Core Scientific, Inc. seeks a Regional Safety Manager to implement and maintain health, safety, and environment programs across data-center operations and construction sites. You will partner with Operations, Security, HR, and Contractors to foster a proactive safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include leading investigations, developing corrective actions, delivering training, and tracking safety metrics to prevent incidents and injuries.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of EHS experience.
• Solid knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Experience in incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Experience delivering safety training and contractor management.
• Ability to translate regulations into procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety software platforms.
• Professional safety certifications (CSP/ASP/CHST/OHST) are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead company-wide health, safety, and environmental programs for data-center operations.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
• Develop site safety plans, permits, and documentation.
• Coach leadership on hazard recognition and safe work practices.
• Lead investigations into injuries, near misses, and incidents.
• Monitor safety metrics and drive continuous improvement actions.
• Ensure OSHA, EPA, DOT, and local regulatory compliance.
• Deliver safety training, onboarding, and toolbox talks.
