Job summary

Global Experience Specialists, Inc. is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to oversee safety performance across offices, warehouses, and show-site operations. You will partner with operations, labor relations, and leadership to drive risk reduction and a proactive safety culture in fast-paced trade show environments.

Responsibilities include inspections, program development, investigations, and training, with emphasis on regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety or related field preferred.
• Three to five years of safety-related experience required.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations; DOT/EPA/claims management preferred.
• Experience in a union environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of safety policies, OSHA requirements, and local regulations for assigned operations.
• Partner with leaders to establish and maintain safety procedures and compliance.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead safety programs, training, and field resources aligned with GES standards.
• Coordinate investigations of incidents, near-misses, and property damage with root-cause analysis.
• Support emergency action plans and incident response across locations.
• Promote safe work practices and drive toolbox talks and awareness campaigns.
