Job summary

Amphenol RF is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to direct sales and account management across the assigned region. You will coordinate product market intelligence, support portfolio development, and drive growth with new and existing customers, including collaboration with engineering and purchasing teams.

The role requires strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and the ability to travel up to 50% to meet business objectives and expand interconnect solutions across automotive and RF markets.

Qualifications

• Technical degree preferred
• Automotive and APQP/PPAP experience preferred
• Interconnect, RF interconnect, and/or Automotive component experience preferred
• Self-motivated with ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
• New business negotiation skills are essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; project management experience; strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage sales efforts to build RFQ pipeline and meet growth targets
• Lead regional sales activities to achieve net new business objectives
• Gather customer intelligence to adjust forecasts and strategies
• Coordinate technical roadmap reviews and create sales opportunities
• Develop annual budgets and portfolio strategies for Amphenol RF technologies
• Travel as needed to develop new customers and support existing ones
