Job summary

Goodwill Southern California seeks a Regional Training Manager to strengthen store performance by developing and training retail management teams across assigned locations in the Greater Los Angeles area. Travel is frequent to SoCal stores, with a focus on hands-on, store-based training and coaching in operations, pricing, merchandising, and donor service.

The role partners with District Managers and Retail leadership to set training priorities, ensure consistency with Goodwill Retail Services

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive retail management, operations, or training experience.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations including sales, pricing, merchandising, payroll, safety.
• Experience training, coaching, and developing managers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provides hands-on training and coaching to store management teams across locations.
• Trains managers on financial and operational metrics to improve store results.
• Supports onboarding and development of Store Managers and Ambassadors.
