Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years work experience preferred.
• Previous teaching, public speaking, coaching experience preferred.
• Banking knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, ongoing training, and role-specific learning with hiring managers.
• Identify training needs with Regional Retail Management and leadership.
• Communicate training schedules and follow-up with stakeholders.
• Develop learning resources with Learning & Development.
• Manage LMS enrollment, attendance, and completion records.
