Job summary

First United Bank in Austin is seeking a Regional Retail Trainer to develop and deliver training across the organization, covering onboarding and continual learning. You will collaborate with regional leadership to tailor programs and ensure training aligns with business needs.

You will partner with Regional Retail Management and Community Bank leaders to identify knowledge gaps, create learning solutions, and monitor outcomes through the LMS and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 Years Work Experience preferred.
• Previous relevant experience (teaching, public speaking, coaching) preferred.
• Banking Knowledge Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates onboarding, ongoing training, and role-specific learning with hiring managers.
• Identifies training needs with Regional Retail Management and Community Bank leadership.
• Communicates training schedules and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
• Gathers learner feedback and evaluates training effectiveness.
• Maintains training materials and resources with Learning & Development.
