• Collaborate with team members to review and update training and reference materials.
• Contribute to a welcoming lobby experience and direct customers to appropriate team members.
• Promote teamwork in branches to ensure a positive overall customer experience.
• Identify financial needs of customers and present product and service options with internal partners.
