Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking an Operational Trainer to lead regional training programs, develop content, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. You will design and deliver learning experiences through classroom, e-learning, webinars, and on-site support for community managers and associates.

The role collaborates with HR, operations, and leadership to assess needs, create materials, and track outcomes while driving professional development. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational Behavior, organizational Development, HR, or related field.
• Adult facilitation/training experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging learning activities and content using instructional design theories.
• Deliver training across classroom, e-learning, webinars, and on-site support.
• Coordinate complex training plans with cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
• Develop needs assessments and determine training requirements for new programs.
• Track training effectiveness and maintain accurate records.
