Qualifications

• 6+ years of retail operations experience.
• Experience managing multiple store locations.
• Background in fashion, footwear, accessories, or premium retail preferred.
• Strong grasp of store metrics and financials.
• Proven ability to develop high-performing store leaders.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance across assigned retail locations.
• Coach store managers and support leadership development.
• Monitor sales, labor, inventory, and store profitability.
• Maintain consistent service and presentation standards.
• Support new store openings and readiness.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
• Partner with senior leadership on regional growth priorities.
