Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher preferred.
• 7–10 years of retail leadership experience with multi-unit exposure.
• Experience with franchisees, licensees, or independent Operators is a plus.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving efficiency.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, and ability to travel 50%.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operations for multiple store formats across the territory.
• Drive brand standards, profitability, and customer experience.
• Mentor store leadership and develop talent for succession planning.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage store managers and key staff.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, HR, and licensing teams.
• Monitor KPIs, implement action plans, and stabilize underperforming locations.
• Travel approximately 50% to conduct store visits and audits.
