Job summary

Keller Williams Realty, LLC seeks a Regional Operations Manager to oversee growth, training, compliance, and profitability across the region. You will design systems for lead generation, launches, and leadership development, while managing events, budgets, and recruiting efforts.

The role requires guiding stakeholders, preparing leadership materials, and providing strategic recommendations to strengthen performance across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree. Four (4) years of relevant education and work experience may be substituted for degree.
• Progressive experience in administration and operations management.
• Experience managing budgets, events, recruiting, and regional programs.

Responsibilities

• Serves as regional ambassador for Keller Williams to Market Centers and associates.
• Develops and implements systems to support regional growth through lead generation and leadership development.
• Designs training for Market Center leadership and regional processes.
• Plans and executes a profitable regional training program and manages budgets.
• Monitors compliance, maintains KW models knowledge, and supports launch campaigns.
• Attends KW events and prepares regional leadership meeting materials and agendas.
• Analyzes strategies to strengthen regional performance and profitability.
• Guides Operating Principals, Team Leaders, and Market Center Administrators on recruiting and budgeting.
