Keller Williams Realty, LLC is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead growth initiatives, training programs, and compliance across the Region. The role focuses on building systems for lead generation, Market Center launches, and leadership development, while overseeing budgets, events, and recruiting efforts.

The position requires extensive experience in real estate operations, staff leadership, and strong analytical abilities to drive profitability and performance within the KW framework.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years of related education/experience may substitute for degree.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive related experience.
• Administration and negotiation skills.
• Events management and start-up operations experience.
• Polished, professional demeanor.
• Advanced knowledge of real estate practices, including state/local laws.

Responsabilidades

• Serves as a regional ambassador for Keller Williams to Market Centers and associates.
• Develops and implements systems to support regional growth through lead generation, talent cultivation, and Career Visioning.
• Designs and refines training for Market Center leadership on processes and procedures.
• Plans and executes a world-class, profitable regional training program.
• Prepares and manages regional budgets.
• Monitors compliance across the Region.
• Maintains knowledge of KW models and systems for agents, Market Centers, and Regions.
• Supports launch campaigns and regional events.
• Prepares Regional Leadership meeting agendas and materials.
