nextOPP Search is partnering with a growing retailer to hire a Regional Manager who will oversee multiple Texas locations and nearby markets. You will coach store managers, drive sales, and ensure a consistent customer experience across a dispersed region.

You will lead regional performance, review results, develop action plans with managers, and help hire, onboard, and retain leadership. The role requires travel within Texas and a strong track record in multi-unit retail leadership.

Qualifications

7+ years of multi-unit retail leadership experience.
Experience leading teams across multiple markets and managing P&L performance.
Strong track record of developing store leaders and improving results.
Based in Texas with the ability to travel regularly throughout the region.

Responsabilités

Lead, coach, and develop store managers across multiple locations.
Own regional performance, including sales, labor, staffing, and key operating metrics.
Review store results, identify opportunities, and partner with managers on action plans.
Build a strong leadership bench and support hiring, onboarding, and retention.
Maintain consistent operational and customer experience standards.
Partner with cross-functional teams on regional initiatives and new location openings.
