Job summary

UFCU Main seeks a Regional Manager for Satellite Branches to lead multiple financial centers across Austin and central Texas, driving sales, service, operations, and business development aligned with UFCU’s strategic plan.

The role oversees satellite networks including Mobile, Campus, and Area teams, ensuring exceptional member experiences, operational excellence, and profitable growth through coaching and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
5–7 years of management/leadership experience in financial services or retail.
Experience must reflect hands-on, engaged leadership including coaching managers, developing teams, driving accountability, and improving performance.

Responsibilities

Serve as a champion for member journey improvement by identifying friction points and partnering across departments to strengthen end-to-end member journeys.
Leads day‑to‑day operational performance across assigned financial centers and ensures branches maintain lobby readiness and service standards.
Lead regional market planning and execution to advance membership growth and deepen community relationships.
Develop and mentor leaders, ensure succession readiness for critical roles, and drive a culture of continuous learning.
Monitor P&L and growth targets, ensuring resources are aligned to meet growth objectives.
