Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5–7 years of management / leadership experience, preferably in financial services or retail.
Hands-on, engaged leadership—coaching managers, developing teams, driving accountability, and improving performance.

Responsibilities

Provide operational leadership across multiple financial centers to achieve sales, service, and performance goals.
Lead and develop branch managers; build leadership pipeline and succession readiness.
Drive business development, market growth, and partnerships to strengthen UFCU’s regional position.
Monitor performance data, diagnose root causes, and implement action plans to improve profitability and member experience.
Ensure Total Member Experience (TME) standards are met and coach teams to maintain service excellence.
