Job summary

University Federal Credit Union in Houston and coastal region seeks a Retail Regional Manager to coordinate activities across multiple financial centers, drive sales, service, and operational excellence aligned with UFCU’s strategic plan. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5–7 years of management/leadership experience in financial services or retail.
Experience in sales, business development, or relationship management with measurable results.
Willingness to travel between financial centers and community locations.
Proven ability to coach managers and develop teams.

Responsibilities

Provide operational leadership across multiple financial centers to meet sales, service, and performance goals.
Develop leaders, coach managers, and ensure Total Member Experience (TME) standards.
Partner with Branch Managers on performance analysis and action plans for profitability.
Lead business development and strategic growth in the region, building partnerships.
Represent UFCU at community events and maintain regional market presence.
