Job summary

University Federal Credit Union seeks a Regional Manager to coordinate activities across multiple financial centers, driving sales, service, and operational excellence. You will guide branch managers, analyze performance data, and implement action plans to boost profitability and member growth while delivering a superior Total Member Experience.

The role requires engaged leadership, strategic insight, and accountability to strengthen UFCU’s market position across Texas and beyond.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent leadership experience.
5–7 years of management/leadership experience in financial services or retail.
Experience leading multiple teams or locations is preferred.
Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or relationship management.

Responsibilities

Guides branch managers to strengthen end-to-end member journeys and improve operational performance.
Analyzes financial and operational data, identifies root causes, and develops action plans.
Leads regional market planning, drives membership growth, and builds partnerships.
Ensures adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Coaches teams to deliver consistent service excellence and track progress.
