Job summary

UFCU is seeking a Retail Regional Manager to oversee operations across multiple financial centers in the Houston region, driving sales, service, and business development aligned with strategic plans. You will coach leaders, analyze performance data, and implement action plans to improve profitability and member growth while maintaining excellent Total Member Experience (TME).

Located in Texas, this role requires on-site leadership, partnership with branch managers, and a focus on community

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of management/leadership experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in financial services, banking, or retail.
• Coaching managers and developing teams to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional market planning and execution to drive membership growth and market presence.
• Oversee operational performance across multiple financial centers and ensure service standards.
• Develop leaders, succession planning, and coaching to strengthen team capability.
• Ensure Total Member Experience (TME) and branch performance meet strategic goals.
