Job summary

UFCU is seeking a Regional Manager to guide and coordinate activities across multiple financial centers in the North Region (Georgetown to Manor) to achieve sales, service, and growth goals. The role emphasizes member experience, operational excellence, and leadership development across branches.

Responsibilities include analyzing performance data, building action plans, and partnering with HR, Training, and Retail Leadership to ensure alignment with UFCU’s strategic plan and community

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of management/leadership experience.
• 5–7 years of financial services, banking, or retail sales/service.
• Experience leading multiple teams or locations.
• Willingness to travel locally between centers.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operations across financial centers to meet sales, service, and profitability goals.
• Develop leaders, coach managers, and ensure Total Member Experience (TME).
• Partner with branches to improve member journeys and drive growth.
• Collaborate with HR and Retail Leadership to ensure readiness and compliance.
