Job summary

Needham Bank seeks a Regional Manager to lead the Northern MA / Southern NH branch network, driving sales, service and operational excellence. You will foster a performance-driven, customer-centric culture and guide branch managers to grow deposits, loans and relationships.

You will develop high-performing teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen community ties while aligning with bank strategies and governance standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive management and leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of retail compliance controls & policies.
• Excellent sales skills.
• Excellent client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to Branch Managers and teams, driving accountability and performance.
• Lead Retail sales and service execution with best practices to improve team performance.
• Develop leadership through mentoring, feedback and performance coaching.
• Promote teamwork, monitor engagement and maximize productivity and morale.
• Ensure branches comply with internal policies and external regulations.
