Qualifications

• Experience managing day-to-day branch operations.
• Ability to oversee sales, service, risk, internal control and personnel management.
• Focus on acquisition of new business and retention/expansion of existing relationships.

Responsibilities

• Promote best-in-class customer experience through coaching and development of branch staff.
• Ensure all branch employees own inquiries and respond within 24 hours.
• Manage day-to-day sales efforts and coaching of branch retail staff to achieve results.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, security and regulatory requirements in daily operations.
• Prepare performance evaluations and advise on salary/bonus adjustments with Branch Manager input.
• Assist customers with account questions and new accounts/services.
