The role emphasizes leadership, sales, and customer relationship management within a trusted local bank environment, with travel up to 50% and a valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or equivalent retail, retail banking, or financial services experience
• Business development & outside business sales experience preferred

Responsabilités

• 35% Builds a motivated and high performing branch team through recruitment, training and development of staff.
• 35% Provides services to customers, including opening accounts, taking loan applications, and referring inquiries to service partners.
• 10% Maintains integrity and compliance within the branch per audit and operations policies.
• 10% Represents the bank within the local community and participates in civic activities.
• 5% Decisions loans and handles customer complaints within guidelines.
• 5% Other duties as assigned.
