• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing branch teams.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated sales, service excellence, and customer relationship management.

• Lead branch network performance and customer experience across NH.
• Drive deposit growth, loans, cross-sell, and new customer acquisition.
• Develop and implement business plans with Branch Managers.
• Monitor performance metrics and address underperformance with action plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across branches.
