Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a district-level leader to plan and direct operations across multiple stores within a defined area. You will drive sales growth, oversee full P&L, and ensure execution of company policies to achieve regional goals.

The role requires weekly travel in a company-provided vehicle, with a current driver's license and clean driving history. Bachelor’s degree preferred and prior multi-unit retail management experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Four+ years retail management experience with progressively more responsibility, managing multi-unit operations in retail, grocery or convenience store operations with full P&L responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Big-box retail management and/or equivalent education and experience combination will be considered.
