Qualifications

• Four+ years retail management experience with full P&L responsibility.

• Experience managing multi-unit operations in retail, grocery or convenience store ops.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to drive results.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
