Job summary

Dollar General seeks a highly experienced retail leader to plan and direct all stores within the assigned area, carrying full P&L responsibility and aligning with company goals. You will lead store teams, drive sales growth, optimize inventory flow, and recruit and develop personnel to maximize performance.

The role requires strong financial analysis, budgeting, and collaboration across regions; travel is expected in a company-provided vehicle with overnight stays.
