Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a regional/area leader to plan and direct activities for all stores in the assigned area, with full P&L responsibility and aligned with company objectives. Travel within the region is required in a company-provided vehicle.

You will drive area sales growth, oversee staffing, and ensure superior customer service and inventory management across multiple stores. A Bachelor's degree and retail management experience are preferred.
