Qualifications

• Four+ years retail management experience with multi-unit responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education/experience considered.
• Ability to drive results, plan and optimize store operations and schedules.
• Strong financial analysis to interpret statements, budgets, and inventory.
• Proven leadership in a fast-paced environment with teamwork focus.
