Job summary

Dollar General seeks a senior store operation leader to plan and direct activities across multiple stores in the assigned area, driving profit and meeting divisional goals. You will oversee P&L, staffing, and merchandising while upholding company policies and standards.

Requirements include 4+ years in retail management with P&L responsibility and a Bachelor’s degree preferred; big-box experience is a plus. Will travel weekly in company vehicle to support stores and improve performance.
