Qualifications

• Four+ years retail management experience with progressively more responsibility, managing multi-unit operations with full P&L responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Big-box retail management and/or equivalent education and experience combination will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead store activities with full P&L responsibility within area of operation.
• Provide superior customer service through friendly stores and strong customer focus.
• Aim for annual sales growth meeting or exceeding targets through quality orders and efficient flow.
• Maximize inventory presentation and management using all tools effectively.
• Develop and execute company objectives with proactive planning and scheduling.
• Recruit, select and educate employees; drive development of human capital.
• Protect company assets via loss prevention and expense control.
• Identify new business opportunities within the area including merchandising and real estate considerations.
• Communicate divisional and regional priorities clearly to store teams.
