Job summary

Dollar General is seeking an experienced retail manager to lead multiple stores within a designated area. You will oversee full P&L responsibility, drive sales growth, and ensure excellent customer service in each location.

The role requires strong leadership, financial analysis, and planning skills, with a focus on team development, HR policy administration, and loss prevention. Weekly travel is required in a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Four+ years retail management experience with progressively more responsibility and full P&L responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; big-box retail management experience or equivalent may be considered.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and financial analysis skills.
• Ability to travel weekly in a company-provided vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
