Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a District/Area Manager to plan and lead operations across all stores within a designated area. You will hold full P&L responsibility, align with company objectives, and drive regional goals through people development and process excellence.

The role requires weekly travel in company-provided vehicle, strong leadership, financial acumen, and a track record of achieving sales and cost targets. Bachelor's degree preferred, multi-site retail experience a plus.
