Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Regional Director to oversee day-to-day operations for a group of stores in the Southeast. The role manages Store Managers, develops merchandise assortments, and drives annual financial plans across sales, margins, and expenses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in high volume, big box retail management.
• Ability to recruit, hire, develop and train high-level management associates.
• Strong financial planning and performance analysis for multiple stores.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises Store Managers and indirectly all other Managers within the group.
• Develops and executes annual financial plans for sales, gross margin, operating expenses, and net income for each store.
• Ensures stores maintain clean, organized, and safe environment for associates and customers.
• Travels to stores regionally 3 nights per week to oversee operations.
• Coordinates with human resources to source and develop managers and fill vacancies.
