Qualifications

• 5+ years in high volume, big box manager or multi-store retail management.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Ongoing verification of driving eligibility per company standards.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises the Store Managers and indirectly all other Managers in the Stores within group.
• Develops and executes annual financial plans for sales, gross margin, operating expenses, and net income for each store.
• Works with stores to ensure customers' opportunities are resolved.
• Ensures stores maintain clean, organized, and safe environment for all associates and customers.
• Coordinates communication with info systems to develop and prioritize projects to improve store productivity and customer service.
