You will hire and develop staff, implement inspection processes, monitor performance, and drive improvements in efficiency and customer experience across the area.

Qualifications

• HS or GED required; Bachelor degree preferred.
• 7 years of banking operations experience.
• 3 years of management experience.
• Notary license preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and staff development ability.
