The ideal candidate has 5+ years in branch operations with 2+ years in supervision, strong knowledge of banking systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• 5 years of branch operations experience with 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Solid understanding of the operational regulatory environment and banking operations.
• Solid understanding of key branch systems and basic end-user knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Bank’s policies.
• Plan and schedule daily workflow; ensure compliance with service standards and deadlines.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and situations professionally.
• Assist with staff training and performance evaluations.
• Manage, coach, and train employees; run a branch in the absence of management.
