Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Working knowledge of applicable regulations, audit standards, and related policies.

Responsibilities

• Align daily operations with the Bank's mission by setting clear goals and ensuring accountability for team performance.
• Lead and manage the branch's sales efforts, setting goals and following up to drive sales.
• Develop and execute a branch business plan to achieve growth, retention, and acquisition targets.
• Drive business development through sales calls, referral networks, and community relationships.
• Open and review consumer and business accounts with accuracy.
• Input and process domestic and foreign wire requests.
• Identify and address customer banking needs with tailored financial solutions.
• Maintain high-touch relationships with key customers and prospects.
• Stay informed on banking trends and products to provide strategic advice.
• Oversee branch financials and budgets to support profit goals.
• Ensure branch compliance with policies and procedures, certifications, and audits.
• Source, train, and coach staff on operational procedures and security standards.
• Support HR functions including hiring, performance evaluations, and career development.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Adhere to BSA/AML policies including CTRs, SARs, and MILs.
• Stay current with regulations including KYC and CIP.
• Provide coverage at other branch locations as necessary.
