Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Manager Retail Banking to lead a network of branches across West Wyoming, providing strategic direction, coaching, and support to high-performing teams. The role focuses on driving market growth, deepening client relationships, and developing future banking leaders while balancing business results with people leadership.

The position may be based in any First Citizens office within the West Wyoming footprint, requiring strong sales, service, and compliance skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years' experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 10 years' experience in sales, consumer or business lending, including 3 years sales coaching or sales management.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop branch teams to achieve sales, service, and performance goals while fostering accountability and growth.
Build strong partnerships and encourage meaningful client conversations that identify opportunities to grow consumer and small business relationships.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures while maintaining strong operational controls and efficient branch operations.
Execute staffing, sales, and business development strategies to drive market growth, improve performance, and deliver value for clients and the bank.
