Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years' experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 10 years' experience in sales, consumer or business lending, including 3 years sales coaching or sales management
• Experience leading branch teams and driving sales/operational performance is expected
• Knowledge of retail banking products and services and a structured sales approach requested
