• Knowledge of regulatory banking requirements.

• Lead, coach, and develop branch teams to achieve sales, service, and performance goals while fostering a culture of accountability and growth.

As a Manager Retail Banking, you will lead a network of branches across West Wyoming, providing strategic direction, coaching, and support to high-performing branch teams. This highly visible leadership role is responsible for driving market growth, deepening client relationships, developing future banking leaders, and executing business strategies that deliver exceptional results. You will partner closely with branch leaders to enhance sales performance, elevate the client experience, strengthen operational excellence, and build a culture of accountability, engagement, and development. Success in this role requires a leader who can balance business performance with people leadership while serving as a trusted ambassador for the bank in the communities we serve. This position may be based in any First Citizens office location within the West Wyoming footprint.
