Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years' experience in sales, consumer or business lending.
• 10 years' experience in sales, consumer or business lending, including 3 years sales coaching or sales management.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory banking requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop branch teams to achieve sales, service, and performance goals while fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
• Build strong partnerships and encourage meaningful client conversations that identify opportunities to grow consumer and small business relationships.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures while maintaining strong operational controls and efficient branch operations.
• Execute staffing, sales, and business development strategies to drive market growth, improve performance, and deliver value for clients and the bank.
